Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), New Delhi, was founded in 1920 during the Indian independence movement to provide education free from colonial influence. Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) – Candidates must have completed their 10+2 examination with at least 50% marks.

Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (BA LLB) – Candidates must have completed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent in any discipline with at least 50% marks.

Master of Engineering/Master of Technology (ME/M.Tech.) – A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.), Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or Integrated Master of Computer Applications (IMCA), or equivalent with at least 60% marks.

Jamia Millia Islamia Zakir Hussain Central Library is an air-conditioned facility with a collection of 3.70 lakh books. The library includes a reading hall that can seat 1,275 users.
